BeerSmith app features.

I'm looking at the BeerSmith app for Android and I'm wondering if there is a feature to make adjustments to recipes like changing the volume of the batch. Does the app support this? For example if I change just the batch size will it automatically adjust the amounts for malt extract and hops?

 

I don't think adjusting the batch size will rescale your ingredient amounts. But I think if you adjust your batch size it will tell you what your new OG will be. You can then change what you want your OG to be which will change the amount of grain you need. If that makes any sense.

 

Yup, you can do that. There's a button that says "Scale Recipe Size" and you can scale all the ingredients up or down.
