Trying to put together Jamil's ESB recipe and he calls for "English Pale Ale LME (3.5L). I don't have a LHBS so I'm looking online and all I can't find any. Does anyone have a recommended substitute? I've seen MO LME, Alexanders Pale Malt Syrup, and Muntons Light Malt Syrup readily available. Would one if these work well or is there a better option out there that I'm not aware of?

    Thanks for the input!

Any of those is an extract based upon English pale ale malts. Personally, I would opt for the MO (Maris Otter) LME, but the others are legit options.
