Average age of home brewers......

I'm 58 and brew a 10 gallon batch 18 times a year on average. I started brewing in 1991 while in grad school.

 

started when i was 24 now 25. i do about 5-10 gallons a month. i am the only one who drinks it for now.

 

64 and brew around once a month.

 

No option for u-21?

24, by the way, and I'm trying to do 5 gallons every other week or so to try and get a steady pipeline.

 

I'm 53 and brew 5 gallons every month - month 1/2

 

48 and I brew 5 gal about once a month

 

I’m 24, i brew about 15 gallons a month. Still learning and saving to open a small brewery with a friend

32 years old, I brew 5 gallons every 2 months.

I brew in my bedroom and every weekend me and my friends ride are bikes in the woods and get drunk while reading dirty magazines....gotta go, moms coming

Meanwhile, I'm 64 and I brew when my last batch gets down to about 6 bottles.

 

Ill be 40 in june. I brew 25 gallons a month, but take dec-feb off

 

25 and brew 10gallon batches 3-4 times a month... Looking to opening a brewery one day

 

37. I brew 15 gallons every 2 months.

 

I'm 75, brewing and consuming 5 gal/mo.

 

46, and brew 1 or 2.5 gallon batches every other week

 

35. Brew 5 gallon batches every 2-3 weeks.

 

I am almost 59. HWMO, my Lovely Brewing Assistant, is 67. We brew, on average, probably a 5 gallon batch a month, maybe a bit more in summer, less in winter.. Also cider, wine, and mead.....and drink most of it ourselves. Unless my Auntie and Cousin are visiting, they help put a dent in our stock!

 

34 and been out of the business since late summer 2015. Life, work, moving, and more life in the way. Looking to get back this spring! Actually my first post since prob 2014 or 15. If I had it my way I'd always have one in the hopper, as it were.

 

39, try to brew 10 gallons a month.

 

25 and just started... So about 1 5 gal batch every couple of months thus far

 

53 and hoping to brew once a month unless I give too much away. Three keg keezer to keep stocked.

I assumed you are married, otherwise you just busted the legal limit of 100 gallons per person per year. And admitted to it.

67 one 5gal batch a fortnight...

 

Age 30 and brew very inconsistently but so far only 5 gallons in 2018.

I'm 36. I brew 5 gal every few months. More often around events, camping, summer holidays. Usually do 3-6 5gal cider/wines a year depending on what fruit is available.
But thinking about scaling back to 3 gal batches so I can brew more often.

 

79 Brew a couple times a month. Or when ever I feel like it.

 

43 Just started brewing with my son 16 and it’s our second 5 gallon batch in a month.

 

32 and brew 5gal every couple. months. Try to do 10gal when possible. My pipeline is usually dry before I brew again and that's fine with me. Two young kids doesn't help

 

i'm scottish. so i'm about middle aged

 

40, I recently switched to 10 gallon batches so a little more than one batch a month. Probably have to ramp that up in the summer. I also brew professionally on a 50hL Brewhouse (~42bbl) almost 1 million liters last year.

 

48 brew about 1 a month fall-spring. Normally not in summer.

 

38 and brew once every 6 weeks or so.
