I just read a little about the characteristics of liberty hops today and they intrigued me. I immediately started daydreaming about recipes to make with the hops as the centerpiece, something with a delicate maltiness to accentuate the soft spiciness of the hops. Want to get a recipe together now that I can pull the trigger on after this year's hop harvest. Anybody have any good recipes that fit the bill?

Liberty is a genetic derivative of Hallertauer hops. Any style that benefits from the use of German noble hops can utilize Liberty.

I made a Red, White, and Blue pale ale..was supposed to be an IPA but didnt use quite enough hops... with Warrior hops for bittering and Liberty for flavor and aroma. Its a fantastic beer.
