Knocked this out yesterday afternoon in a couple hours. Took no time at all and bypassing the temp sensor was super easy because its a mechanical switch unit and not electronic, so no need for having to trick the sensor with a heat lamp or anything like that.

I bought a Frigidaire FFRA0511R1. Its a standard 5,000 BTU mechanical switch a/c unit.

Now I did use a 70qt cooler because this glycol chiller is for my remote tap system for my bar, so I needed a larger capacity for cooling.
