I kegged my Marzen today... After moving the fermenter up to the counter I saw these bubbles when I opened the lid. I have never had in infection before so I wasnt sure if this is the beginning of an infection or just bubbles from me struggling with the 10 gallons of beer. 3 days ago I added gelatin to clear the beer but I didnt boil the water. I heated the water and gelatin to 150 after letting it soak for an hour as per directions and added it to the 32 degree beer. This was my first time using gelatin as well, which didn't even work, the beer is still very cloudy.

Anyway the beer is very good, so should I drink it fast?

Just a little off-gassing. You're good to go.

Yea, nothin there. For reference any purposefully infected beer I've seen has always had a pellicle that almost looks like a bubble gum bubble that's about ready to pop.

:D Infections look like cotton growing on top not bubbles.
