Amazing yeast activity

    I brewed Northern Brewer's Surly Cynic clone yesterday and check the video of the activity in my fermenter, wild!!! The beer smelled wonderful BTW.

    Sorry fixed it, I like the Cooper's fermenter because I can see clearly what is going on and it doesn't use an airlock so no blowoff tube. It's like 8.5 gal so no need for the blowoff tube! And yep, gotta love the little bastards!

    My tripel did the same thing for almost 2 weeks. It finally stopped at 1.009. I love what them little buggers do when they are happy.
