Aluminum Hot Liquor Tank

    I know there is risk of metallic tastes by using an Aluminum Kettle, however is there still that risk using an Aluminum HLT? Let me know. Thanks!

    Not in my opinion. I use an electric turkey fryer as a HLT, and haven't seen any issues with my beer.

    As long as you create a good oxide layer on the inside, I don't think there is any risk of metallic tastes.
