    Hey Guys,

I've been searching for a Pennsylvania beer recipe. I really like the historical context of beer and being from PA, I wanted to pay homage to my home state. However, I'm having trouble finding any recipes from historical PA or even local hops. Any ideas?

I grew up in small town in western Pa that had the only brewery to beat AB for a long time in court. The Hahne Family brewed DuBois Budweiser for many years while AB continually sued them to stop. I too am looking to pay homage to my Pa roots with a beer, does anyone have any suggestions for Hungarian -- The Hahnes' won their court battles by claiming they were from the Budweis region of Hungry -- or other beers that might incorporate ingredients native to Western Pa?
