ag recipe suggestions

    I'll be racking bee caves haus pale ale in a week and would like to use Nottingham yeast slurry for next brew.

    Can anyone suggest a recipe or styles that would work well with this yeast. Thanks

    I made a tasty alt with it. Kept the ferment temp around 60 or even 58 and it had no problems.
