I just purchased an oxygenation kit 2.0 from northern brewer and a have a couple questions.
Will the regulator fit directly into a bernzomatic oxygen tank from Lowes? It looks like the same size but I don't know.
How many uses will I get from 1.4oz tank assuming I'm aerating 5 gallon batches?

Yes it fits. You get a few batches. But it can depending on how heavy handed you are with the oxygen per batch.

I have mine in line with my plate chiller. Meaning it chills first then oxygenates as it goes into the fermenter. I generally run the oxygen full blast for 1 gallon of beer (per 5 gal batch). I always forget to count, but I'll get about 3-4 (10-12 gallon) batches. So you can expect 6-8 maybe.

Left hand threads. I usually get over 5, maybe 10. I don't keep track, but always keep a spare on hand.

OK thanks for the info. I may consider getting a big tank and an adapter
