As my water is getting to my strike temp I am taking a final look over my recipe.

This is the first time I am adding turbinado to my boil and currently I have myself adding it at 10 minutes.

Would this be fine or is there a benefit to adding it to the mash?

    Thanks!

Don't add it to the mash. Add it at the end of the boil.

Mashing is to extract sugars. Turbinido is a sugar.
No need to mash it then.
