Coors Light, watching football. Really don't care who wins, but nothing else on tv.

    Now with 57.93% more awesome!

Yeah, I need more of that in my life.

Finished the existing boxes in my cellar. Labeled 359 bottles with the date and box and bottle number.

Now to start on all the recent acquisitions.

I really like the Sláinte, but haven't seen a BA version. Haven't even seen it in bottles actually, got a growler of it a couple weeks ago though. Definitely a different style of scotch ale.

You should live here. Every loss is the return of "oh, they suck. I knew they were gonna screw it up eventually. Looking forward to next year." Super irritating.

That said, I was seriously rooting for you guys to lose. And I like the Broncos. Maybe we'll meet again.

Of course my first day back in a week and a half is totally flocc'ed. Happy f***ing new year. And my vacation time hasn't been added. Of course payroll is due tomorrow and my lazy excuse for a boss never does it until the last minute.

Still waiting for the new LHBS literally 5 blocks from my apartment to open. I might as well go work there since no other breweries are giving me the time of f***ing day. Even if I'm part time at half of what I'm making now, we can still afford it (but I'd be brewing once every other month instead of 2-3 times per month).

    Looks amazing.

But the bigger problem is that I don't have enough likes for this thread and the cooking thread.

I'm running out. And I have to keep switching over to desktop version. The struggle is real.

Going to New Orleans In a couple of weeks and was wondering if any of you fine alcoholics have any tips or must visit places to visit. Looking @TobyG for advice. I will be staying a block off bourbon street. No rental car as of yet mostly walking around and local transportation.

    Yup. ;)

Everyone been to Buffalo? At least the Bills helped ruin postseason hopes for the Jets this year. And the Sabres suck too. "We're rebuilding"... for the past 10 years. Frustrating.

It's much like the epiphany I had when I discovered food and good beer, Why an I drinking canned preground? Bought good coffee, then green beans now a decent roaster and a bunch of ways to to prepare it.
    Where does it all end?:p

Not beer related. Mr. B's BBQ shrimp. If rebirth or dirty dozen brass band are in town, go see them. Same for trombone shorty.

Beer related I'll leave to TobyG, but get New Orleans BBQ shrimp.
