Welcome to the new world order.

    Or something.

I'm jacked on coffee. Cleaned the kitchen, helping with sweeping and mopping all the tile.

Likewise, and nice to see everyone again! I really was starting to think that everyone was soooo hungover that I was the only one drinking yesterday. . And tell me about it, I just had my first beer today. (...posted about it in "that" thread, just before becoming enlightened...)

Okay, now will play with mine. (Phrasing)

When you say starting to end, does that mean it was 16:51 from 145 to 155, or from 115 to 155?

Thanks! I think that would be doable then. Heat strike water to start mash and heat the pot to the next step. Circulate until mash steps up, then shutdown while heating to next step. As long as no step needs less than around ~15 minutes it should work.

I was actually considering doing just that. Tonight.

Now I'm gonna. Green Flash Double Stout on home roasted Guatemalan. Later. This is drinking well currently.

Really picking up the degreaser streaks in the granite in this one.
