Every time I smashed my head off the curb while learning to skateboard, my grandma would just smear some of her aloe plant on my face and send me back outside. Love that plant. And I'm really just trying to stay conscious for this last hour or so. The anticipation of drinking good beer for the first time this week is killing me.

Who wasn't wearing the facemask and no shirt and covering themselves in sanitizer?

Haven't you seen the TSA videos? You need to be in a clean dustless room or your WILL get an infection and your beer will be ruined and turn out the wrong color...

Nope, that buffalo sweat stout. In honor of fins and his tragic accident.

My on the spot Hoppy Amber just got the second dose of dry hops today. Mosaic this time.

Still haven't bothered heating strike water. Grains are at least milled. But if I'm going to top crop I need to do it today.

Petite Saison. And "wood" finish on sh*** particle board desk.

Really don't want to do any work today. Just staring at the study guide and not studying. Why isn't it lunch time yet?

To stay off topic I'm drinking ice cold coffee.

My great grandmothers tops were in the same vein. Nice to see a vintage top up in here. Bringing back fond memories of some deadly ass fried foods. Papaw could fry a birthday cake and it'd be amazing.

Water on the same desk from earlier. Boot shopping was a bust. Guess I'm ordering my boots online.

Wife keeps begging me to replace them... Then I show her how good they hold stuff.

I've been tormenting her for 3 years now.

It's good but needs some improvement.

The aroma and flavor are nice and strong (and getting stronger as the keg hops do their thing) but I would have preferred it a bit more bitter. I was using 2014 crop Citra and I'm not sure how correctly they were stored. I fear their AA% is somewhat lower than I had calculated for.

Still a tasty beverage but missed the mark a bit. I can send some your way if you want. Be interested in getting a died-in-the-wool hop-head's perspective.

I've put a plan in place for my next IPA to pup the ante somewhat. Installed a whirlpool arm in my BK. An Xmas present to myself. This my first effort at a hop stand and I think I should have gone warmer and longer with it.

It's all Citra but the grain bill is different to the ZD clone.

There's got to be someone on your side of the pond selling this stuff. http://www.sausagemaking.org/acatalog/Black_Pudding_-_The_Complete_Mix.html Little bit of work but definitely worth it.

Talk of mouse pads earlier. I was to lazy to go back and look.

    Is that? No, surely not.

On a related note and about to self report. Here are some underpants.

Sheesh. Why not just mash a full pot's worth. It's going to take the same amount of time and you'll have 5 cups of tea to drink. Granted the last 2 will be cold, you'll only want 1.5 but nonetheless, WTF, make a full pot. You call yourself a tea drinker. Is that even brewing. /rant
