90 minute double IPA yeast question

    This is my first high gravity brew and I had a question. I made a yeast starter for the first time and was wondering how to tell if there is enough yeast for full fermentation.

    There are many calculators available online that will provide you with a proper pitch rate. Outside of doing a cell count to see what your actual viability is and then determining your actual pitch, the calculators should get you close enough.
