Does anyone have experiance with this product? I currently use a Ph meter and adjust the mash and sparge water with either vinagar or gypsum. This product sure would be easier to use just dump it in and go. My question is has anyone used this product and than checked it with a meter to ensure that it does what is advertised?:mug:

Calling David_42...(he's a big fan of the 5.2). To put it short: yes it works. I use and whilst I have never tested my mash pH, when I started using it my efficiency jumped about 10 points and I've been really happy with it for most of my beers.
