:) 1st batch brewed in feb, bottled in march for 2,3 & 4 weeks. Got better each week until I drank the last one tnite. 42 pints gone in 2 wks!! Luckily I have good relations to help me.
Roll on tomorrow when we bottle the 2nd batch and brew the 4th, we are hooked :)

Congrats on the brew! Now better planning on the pipeline so you don't ever run dry again!

    Cheers!

My problem is that I can't seem to brew enough to keep up with how much I drink. I'm currently just doing 5 gallon batches, but I can easily drink 2 cases of beer in a week. I'm already looking to buy the equipment to move to 10 gallon batches and I've only been brewing for a couple months.

There were a few times early on I ran dry, but I just kept a solid flow coming, now have a few full brews waiting plus another brewing.

It's all about perseverence, and a few light nights.. plus, I did buy a carton just so there was something to drink other than my own.

    Good luck!

:) never was good at planning ahead, I've 5 (uk) gallons, 2 wks, in secondary (i was planning on leaving it another week) being bottled today another 5 in primary for a week already and am brewing 5 gal today....The plan is to keep my 2 FV's full till I have a choice of brews to drink, then just keep brewing as necessary. I have to start collecting bottles so, ill have to suffer, drinking beers in cool bottles for the next 2 wks and i am away for the 3rd wk so beer will be ready when I return :)
