Ya can always buy this one and use the 7 gallon one as a HLT and fly sparge. I could give ya a shipping discount. With the false bottoms, fly sparge does work the best.. I wish I could trade ya bud but the 10 gallon coolers cost a bit more, as well has the added cost of the false bottom..
