Bottom drain and keg spacer

I went the bottom-drain route. The assembly drops lower than the bottom of the keg skirt, but a "Keg Spacer" (normally used for stacking tapped kegs in a beer cooler) is just the thing. The keg polished up nicely, though I did that before I got the idea of using the kegskin for insulation, which sort of defeats the purpose.
