Beer

Beer is the oldest known alcoholic beverage in the world. Some even say that it is responsible for civilization as we know it, having served as the catalyst for the development of agriculture and the widespread cultivation of grains. While that claim cannot be substantiated and may not be strictly true, there is little doubt that mankind has brewed beer for at least as long as he has grown cereal grains. Coincidence? We think not!

Today, the home brewing of beer is on the rise. The ranks of people everywhere who are discovering the joy of crafting their own beers is swelling day by day. No longer satisfied with the weak and tasteless pablum of commercial beer-for-the-masses, home brewers are creating their own beers and ales today of unrivaled quality and complexity, far outpacing the lackluster products of the commercial brewers.
