Optic can be used as the main ingredient in Bitters, Milds and Stouts, producing consistent and well modified wort within the standard Ale colour range. The wort produced tends to be sweet and flavourful. Optic also produces highly aromatic qualities.

Used by Marston's Brewery for their Old Empire Casked IPA.
