Default how much dme for primer?

How much dme should I use in place of priming sugar before bottling?

A good amount is approximately 1 1/4 cups of DME to replace 5 ounces of priming sugar.

I've primed with DME and corn sugar in many different batches, but never noticed a difference. Try it, and see how it works for you- and then post back to let others know what you think.

Keep in mind that it will take a bit longer to carbonate with DME- maybe an extra week or two.
