Default Excess yeast buildup in bottles

So here's my story; I started off a couple years ago by recieving a mr.beer kit, as i did more and more advanced (well to me anyway) ways of brewing i eventually went right from mr.beer to all-grain brewing. However, in every all-grain batch, roughly 4 or 5 now i have noticed a HUGE buildup of yeast sediment in bottles.
I invested in decent equipment - instead of syphoning direct i got the auto siphons the bottling tube, blah blah, and i looked at my killian's AG clone (which is the first beer i used this new equipment on) and i still have buildup in the bottles, and in the larger plastic 1 liter PET bottles, even a little yeast floating on top (its only been a week and a half carb so hopefully itll settle.) is there anything i can do to improve this or is it the way it works until I get to kegging? I also still use spare mb kegs as a bottling bucket then autosiphon from there, but im wondering if using a 5 gallon plastic bottling bucket with the spigot built into it would help even more by letting stuff fall to the bottom. Default excess yeast

Have you tried to rack off the primary to a secondary and then let it set for a few more days? You'll probably always have a little sediment in the bottom of bottles after priming but it shouldn't be excessive. When you secondary prior to bottling it helps to get the beer off the trub and this helps. It almost sounds like you picked up some of the heavy sediment and trub form your primary fermenter when you bottled. Without knowing your exact process.. racking to bottling.. this is just guessing.

I am never impatiant when fermenting: Usually 1 week primary 3 secondary, 3 weeks bottle carb 2 weeks conditions. But of course, it varies - the tripel that had this problem was 2 weeks primary 2 months secondary or so. Killian's clone was 1week prim/2-3 secondary.

Him, have you considered trying cold crashing or fining(sp) additaves. Since it wasn't a simple to short ferm. this is above me to anwser well Some others will be around

are you sure it;s yeast and not a bunch of sediment from your mash? Grain husks, flour, etc?

I know on my tripel I had leftover yeast, and the pictures i posted on here and people agreed - once they carbed i opened one and found (and tasted) it. i did, on that one however, do a bad transfer, so maybe you're right and its grain junk. I have an extract batch going now so ill see how that turns out!

How much is a "HUGE buildup" of yeast? 1 inch in a 12oz bottle? 1/4 inch?
