Do a search on Guiness dispensing-I believe I found it there once..... I carbed initially with co2-at what pressure has slipped my mind at the moment..that is to get the co2 into suspension(in the beer) for a given period of time then put the keg on 100% nitrogen at 30 psi,run'r through a stout faucet and viola---A perfectly poured beautifully cascading stout---that you've made yourself---hope this helps.
