It's great to clean out your liquid posts and lines.
Before you reconnect them, remember to screw the liquid post all the way back together and to close the tap.
What a mess.
Also if you are trying to force carb via the gas post remember any change in pressure has the potential to make a mess of your post and line.
I wish I didn't always have to learn things the hard way.
On the bright side, this Wit is pretty delicious. Next time I should add a bit of sour malt and try and figure out why it tastes slightly grainy. The color is amazing, I love all grain.
