Default Racked and Brewed

Well racked my Nutbrown tonight and also brewed a Hefe. When I finished racking took a sample to check SG and tasted the product and WOW it is already better than any New Castle I have ever had except it was flat obviously. I hope it's at least that good after it's in the bottle. Hopefully the Hefe turns out good.

Oh yeah starting SG on the Nutbrown was 1.070 and now am at 1.027. Good right?

Congrats on the brewing/racking!

Just out of curiosity, how long was the nut brown in primary? You're at ~ 61% attenuation.
