So my buddies at the LHBS threw me an ounce of 12.9% Pacific Jade hops....not sure what I want to do with them. Any suggestions?
I am currently about to keg an IPA with all amarillo and cascades. It has been dry hopping for like 10 days.....not sure if i would want to add the pacific jade to this or not.
I have not read a lot about these, apparently they are citrusy with a bit of black pepper.
