While doing a study for LGI Yeast fart poll i was near my fermentation room and I have a batch of b/m centenial blonde bubbling away. My 6yr old daughter goes over and smells the airlock like she seen me do many times before and says dad that smells awesome. Hopefully she will follow her dad in the wine/beer brewing footsteps like i did my grandfather. She has made her own batch of rootbeer with my help from extract i got from the lhbs.

I wonder how many thousands of years this scene has been re-lived. One generation brewing and the next generation looking on. Good stuff.
