Default Best class I ever took

Tonight I took a class at Larry's Brew Supply and it was the coolest class I have ever taken. I wish they had brewing classes in college . I've brewed a couple of times with my buddies and now after this class I feel comfortable enough to tackle my very own first brew by myself. I'm now just waiting for my Bayou Classic SQ14 from amazon and I'll be brewin at home.

They do have brewing classes, if you go to the right college.

Congrats on your almost first brew, it's a lot easier than you may think, and any questions you have, we're here to answer them for you.
