will 6 gal of cooper stout fit in a 6 gal carboy? Or will there not be enough head space left in the bottle?
if not could the extra LME hurt the flavor of the beer if i just used the whole can and only added enough water for 5 gal?

It will fit. Make the recipe per the directions. Just be ready to use a blow off tube.

THanks Yuri, now the only thing i have to do is get the little ladys apple cider(Eds reciepe) out of the bottle................lol. just found a farm supply 3 blocks from the house that carrys brewing equipment might be a good reason to go and pick up a 6 gal glass....
