My scale's battery went out!

How much does 1 cup of milled 2-row weigh? How about un-milled?

I measure a level cup of un-milled grain at 4.375 oz. It wasn't just 2-row as I pre-mix my batches but it was mostly 2-row.

Great! Thanks. I've also got some specialty malts pre-milled. I've heard that un-milled is about 75% the volume of milled. Anybody else heard this?
