Hi group,
I'm about 2 months into primary fermentation. A few weeks ago I noticed some orange pulp resembling pieces floating in the carboy. I've tasted the cider since and it seemed ok. Has anyone ever come across this or know what this stuff may be?

The pieces resemble the pic in the thread below thread. I'd say there are about 10 pieces all together.

Thanks

Reason: adding thread

Most likely just collections of yeast, I wouldn't worry if it still tastes fine.

I think your right. I racked to secondary today and the pieces that floated down to bottom looked just like lees.
