The one I made today was:
1# Flaked wheat
2oz Am Crystal 10L
Mashed at 155 for 45 min....
sparged to 3 gallons...
3.3# Cooper's wheat LME (60/40 mix)
.5 oz nugget (60 min)
.5oz hallertauer (30min)
at 45 min (15 left)
3# Coopers wheat DME (60% wheat 40% malt)
1oz hallertauer
after hot break from DME and hops:
.5oz tamarind powder
.5oz bitter orange peel
.5oz sweet orange peel
.5oz ground corriander seed (ground)
1tsp irish moss
poured thru filter and airated with plain filtered air (not pure O2) 20 min....
pitched at 78degrees with WLP320 yeast ........ ferment started 2hrs later......Will advise how this turns out... comments?

sounds delicious, i'd be happy to test a bottle (or 12) for ya -=)
Primary: Porter Potty (oaked porter)
Bottled (Drinking):
Next: IIPA

last batch review(Schwheat (wheat))

Appear: 3.5/5.
Mouthfeel: 3.5/5
Carb/Head: 3/5
Taste: 2.5/5
Overall: 3/5

An overall decent beer but it has too much of a banana character, I think it's because of fermenting at too high of a temp. Tasted better as it aged, but far from perfect.
