I am. SWMBO got me a fat tire clone kit. Time to light the fires and brew some tires
Got plenty of time. my 9y.o was up at 515
Kegged Fat Tire Clone
BottledJava Stout
Primary 1 Raspberry Wheat
Primay 2 Kolsch
secondary air
On Deck kipping fingers crossed for AG 10 gal batch

I am planning my Red Rocket clone today. It is 25f and snowing here will be a wonderful brewday.
Next:Smoked Pilsner.
Primary:Belgian Red, American Stout w/Roeselare
On Tap:Pale Ale, English Bitter
Aging: Imperial Oatmeal Stout on Vanilla beans.

I've been known through the years as the one who wakes the kids up.... I don't know if they would have slept as late as 5:15 if I had left them alone! LOL
Now, In could sleep til mid-morning I guess.... kids are home with their kids until later.

I've got to see what I have around to brew, then I'm going for it.

Maybe a 3 gal all grain? Hmm. I did get a grain mill for christmas...
