Default Foaming out the airlock

My fermentation is pretty aggressive and it's foaming out the airlock. Any particular way to handle this or just wait till it settles.

Blow off tube. Stick a sanitized tube in the top and run the other end into a bucket of water.

Fermenting: Nada
On Tap:Cran Wit, Dr Pepper Dubbel, Cascadian Pale Ale, Dark Chocolate Stout, Imperial Stout, Brown Mild, Schwarzbier
On Board: IIPA
