I decided to get another fermenter and do another brew. 2 in one week.

This is an Irish Stout kit from Asheville Brewing Supply. A great store.

.75 Black Patent
.25 Roasted Barley
6 lb Dark LME
1 lb Dark DME
1 oz Cluster at 60
1 oz Kent Goldings at 10
Irish Ale yeast

Beer Smith says:
1.054 SG
1.015 FG
19.0 IBU
46.4 Color
ABV 5.12%

I've never used Goldings before so I'm excited about that. It also calls for a 70 minute boil. I was thinking about adding Kent Goldings with about 20 minutes instead of 10.

What do all of you think?

What are you trying to achieve with the earlier addition? Less aroma, more bitterness, or something else?

I think you better use a blowoff tube from the moment you pitch your yeast. Ive heard many a stories about stouts, and with it happening to me on one of my batches - use a blowoff tube from the get go.
