i'll watch but i'm prepared to be underwhelmed. one of those food network shows had a guy that did a home brew episode. it was very simplistic, he got a bunch of info wrong, and of course the entire show he acted like an expert. pissed me off.

Not to be a wet rag...but geez. I guess he's an expert on the way he makes beer....and I'm one on the way I make. Aren't we all? Of course it was simplistic....just like that lame craigtube brew dude...he's just doing it his way....not mine...not yours.... chill man....

I'll either watch the show tonight or DVR it..... can't hurt to watch it considering all the other crap on the tube...

These guys spent 3/4 of a day with Charlie Papazian, I suppose he could be wrong on a bunch of stuff but I'm guessing not.

Crap i'm just finding out about this now and stuck at work all night so i can't record it. I hope they replay it sometime soon.

DC replays these things throughout the week usually. Check your listings and set your DVR then.
