Default Ranco wiring...?? hmm...??

I wired my new Ranco unit exaclty how it stated on the directions and some peoples homebrew sites... but when I plug it in, I get nothing on the LCD at all... has anyone else ever had this problem..?? Thanks..

What model number? My Ranco is a plug-in, but if you post the model number someone else might be able to help.

It is the ETC-111000-000, hope someone can help me...!!! Thanks again...

I got it wired up tonight... I jsut undid everything and started over... I didnt think I did anything differently, but it works now.. so maybe there wasnt a good connection somewhere... who knows... my ferement chiller is now sitting at 68 degrees waiting for a fermenter... Thanks again...
