My step dad designed and made me a nice bottle drying rack for an early Christmas gift last weekend so I could bottle today

40 Grolsch bottles filled with Hefeweizen goodness

I am going to let them sit and crack one open on Christmas mornin!

Now I am going to have to buy some more bottles, or start drinkin my first batch.... cause batch #2 is starting this weekend!

It might not taste the best having only been bottled a week on Christmas. Don't be discouraged though. It gets better and better. Congrats, and I'm jealous of all the flip-tops you have!

my LHBS usually has some flip-tops he has access to, he charges $1-1.25 a bottle

my step-dad is a machinist, and he said he can make me some custom stoppers
