Anybody got a good recipe for an Oatmeal Stout (partial grain)?

S.O.S. - Standard Oatmeal Stout

1.00 lb Extra Light Dry Extract
3.52 lb Pale Liquid Extract [Boil for 15 min]
1.50 lb Pale Malt (6 Row) US
22 oz Can of instant oats
1.00 lb Crystal Malt - 60L
0.50 lb Black Barley
0.50 lb Chocolate Malt
2.00 oz Fuggles [3.60 %] (45 min)
Windsor Yeast

4.5 Gallons
5.1% ABV
31.7 IBU

Here's my recipe and it's gotten some pretty good reviews from other homebrewers. You can also look in the recipe database under stout. There are a few there too.

This is the my first oatmeal stout. It's supposed to be a Shakespeare stout clone. It's still in secondary so I don't know how well it turned out.

8 lb. of pale liquid malt extract
1/2 lb. crystal malt (150L)
1/2 lb. chocolate malt
1/2 lb. rolled oats
3 oz. Roasted barley
1 oz. cascade (90min)
1 oz. cascade (60min)
1 oz. cascade (30min)
1 oz. cascade (knockout)

ferment with pacman if you can at 60F for a week.

I got rave reviews with this one:

1 lb. rolled oats
4 lbs. (1.8 kg) 6-row (American Pale) malted barley
lb. (225 g) Crystal malt 40 L
lb. (225 g) Chocolate malt
lb. (110 g) roasted barley
3.3 lbs. dark malt extract

2 oz. Willamette hops (boiling)
oz. Hallertau hops (aroma) at flame out

White Labs WLP004 (Irish Ale) yeast

Actually I'm nearly out - time to make another batch. (SWMBO complains I brew too much, but she sure liked that oatmeal stout!)

I have never had oatmeal stout. Can you guys recommend a good 'retail' brew I can try?
