Default Muntons

Hi,

I wonder if I may request some advise...

I have recently brewed my first stout batch (Muntons) - I used 500g of light dry malt + 500g of sugar as a brew enhancer for the initial mix.

It is now 3 weeks hence and I find the alchohol content to be woefully low...measured by imbibment

Any thoughts on tweaking?

TIA

Kind regards,
JJ

For those who are wondering about the club and it's current status. You can find us on Facebook. The actual web site has been down for some time but will be back on line shortly.
