My second batch being an old english porter, LE recipe with an OG of 1.052. My FG is sitting right around 1.015 and has been in secondary for a week or so (spent about 16 days in primary).
As i believe this is a good FG and I don't believe it is going to clear up any further, I am anxious to bottle this batch this weekend and have some ready for christmas.
I figure a good 3 weeks of sitting at 68 degrees will carb up nice and I am hoping to share my batch for the holidays.
Will keep you posted. I am very excited about this batch as my first one was absolutely delicious!
