Once my Hefe reached 72 degrees, I put my motor boat in the keggle and boy oh boy did I aerate it! So much so that a good portion was foam and stayed in the keggle.
In the future I will wait until my wort is in the fermentor before I pull that stunt again.
I lost about 5-9 gravity on that stunt. Feel free to heckle now :cross:
