Hello, I want to know if anyone could recommend one of these kits, and why?

Thanks,

I brewed the Nut Brown a couple of months ago and it turned out great.

It's not very bitter but you do get the flavor from the hops.

tHIS IS THE RECIPE AND DIRECTIONS. I was wondering if it would hurt to add the finishing hops a little earlier in the boil, like say 30 min. in stead of the last 15 min. Will this give it a little more bittering?

I brewed the BB Holiday ale and liked the hop bittering.

Thanks Guys
