Default Mash it or steep it?

Hello all. I have a question. I found a recipe online for a wheat beer that I'd like to try. It is as follows (with a few modifications from the original):

6lbs Wheat Malt extract
1.25 lbs Wheat Malt
.25 lbs belgian pils
.50 lbs honey malt
1 oz Tettengar hops (60)
.50 oz Tettengar (15)
.50 oz Tettenger (5)
.50 oz Coriander (0)
Satsuma Peel (0)
Cranberries (secondary)

My question is whether or not I should mash the grains or not? I recently been doing some partial mashes using the BYO countertop mashing technique, but I have never done any with these types of grains, with this small amount of grains, or with this style of beer. Would it be beneficial to mash them or should I just steep them? Thanks.

Those particular grains must be mashed. The pils malt and the wheat malt have enough diastatic power to convert the honey malt, though, so you can just mash those grains.
