Looking to those who HAVE installed a water heater element in thier BK. I cannot go from the bottom up, as the element will protrude from the liquid since I only brew 5 gal. batches.
How are some of you installing these things from the sides?

dead thread, Pol is no longer on the forum. You can see his rig though in the "Show us your rig/sculpture" thread. Towards the very end. It's the shiny one that looks like it belongs indoors. He went with a weldless option from bargainfittings.com using this kit

It was mentioned that he didn't like the criticism and essentially "took his ball and went home".

I don't know what the real story was.
