I just brewed a pumpkin with 58 oz of canned pumpkin. However, I didn't bake the pumpkin.

Now I'm a little nervous.

I put the pumpkin in with my partial mash and then boiled the wort for 75 minutes.

Let's see how this goes.
Beer, it does a body good.
