Default Great Brewing Website

Hey all,

I wasn't exactly sure where to put this and I thought there was a sticky but couldn't find it through the search.

Came across this website last night:

The Brewer's Lair

Really a great site with tons of recipes, worksheets, calculators, history, etc.

Just wanted to pass it along.

Enjoy ,

Excellent site! Thanks for the tip!

Recipes only issue is that all of the recipes have a generic name like "Lair Stout No. 88" and "Lair Stout No. 101". So if you are looking specifically for an Oatmeal Stout or a Chocolate Stout (for example), the title gives you no clues.

However, I can't at all complain because there are easily 100+ recipes for 17 different styles so you are bound to find a ton that you want to try! Plus there is a sections for tips and troubleshooting along with history and serving suggestions (temperature, glassware, etc).

Love it!

No trees were harmed in the posting of this message but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced...

Primary: First AG Batch! - Irish Red | Bottle: Oatmeal Stout| Drinking: Nearcastle II... | Up Next: It may be time to try a lager
