First batch done in a caribouy wihin 12 hours the yeast has risen up about half way in the 6.5 gallon caribouy. Previous brews were done in plastic buckets and therfore couldnt see the yeast. Is this normal? what should be done?

Nothing should be done, let it set for a couple weeks then lager.

Fermenting: Nada
On Tap:Cran Wit, Dr Pepper Dubbel, Cascadian Pale Ale, Dark Chocolate Stout, Imperial Stout, Brown Mild, Schwarzbier
On Board: IIPA
